We welcome new patients for contraception services, such as IUD or Nexplanon insertion. We also take patients by referral for dermatology consultation.

Aquarius Medical Clinic was established in 2002, it functions as a longitudinal family medicine clinic. Some doctors have special certifications at our clinic. These doctors provide surgical, insertion and removal of long-acting contraceptive devices, surgical management of dermatologic conditions, Maternity care including delivery, infant growth & development examinations, routine vaccinations, and menopausal management.

Examples of care services offered at our clinic include:

Renewing prescriptions for medication refills

Ordering medical imaging such as X-ray, Ultrasound, MRI or CT scans.

Arranging for laboratory testing.

Offering gynecological examination including testing for infections.

Providing counselling on contraceptive options, including insertion or removal of an intrauterine device(IUD), and insertion/removal of hormonal implants such as Nexplanon®

Referral to a medical or surgical specialist

Our clinic will accept referrals from your Family Doctor/Clinic for IUD insertions/removal, hormonal implant, and dermatology. You will have the consultation/procedure with our clinic and can return to your usual MD.

Our clinic has a NAMS Certified Menopause Practitioner, Dr. Lana Lipkowitz. Menopause assessment and counselling is available, but is not covered by MSP. The fee for the initial assessment and counselling (which can be conducted either in-person or via secure telemedicine) is $450. Any further lab work, imaging, or physical examination will be covered by MSP.

BOTOX COSMETIC® is available for injection from an experienced and certified doctor.
