Test results

You can access your lab results via https://www.bc.mycarecompass.lifelabs.com/?province=BC#/  Please call if you would like to go over test results with a doctor either in person or via telemedicine (video chat or telephone).  For confidentiality reasons, we cannot release any information to third parties, unless there is appropriate legal documentation. When you are sent for a test, ask your doctor if you need to have a follow up appointment to review results. Typically, you are expected to contact the clinic if your symptoms remain.  If in doubt, please just contact the clinic for a follow up appointment.
